I'm using some old 5065 binaries which I'm planning to translate, but my question is: is there any documentation ANYWHERE that would show the npc dialogs for each 'main' npcs (barber, conductress, love stone, etc) that were used in that patch? Thanks in advance

No, they were never documented.

All the npcs in albetros pull the first page of dialogue directly from TQs server (around patch 5500) and would give you at least a very basic starting point but that's the only directly logged NPC text reference that I'm aware of and it's no where near what you're requesting.

The leaked 4351 database for the binaries is pulled from the English servers. That's your best bet. It's not too far off from 5065 either, although you may break a lot if you use the English cq_action table.

Wait.. there were leaked english bins? I was only aware of the chinese ones. My bad.
