error in my server

I did a 50% functional this server but I can not start when i start fi name (charging) and does not load ever.

Who can help mi?

And people should stop making threads about private server errors since there is a "Private Server Help" thread..

when I try to start loading and gets the name out there could post a tutorial that works?

Did you put right IP, database etc in the app.config file? Take a look at it

I look at my IP but the program does not open even waiting 2 or 3 hours

You need to download and install .NET Framework 4.5

installed. NET Framework 4.5 but it carries a bit of error and closes the progam

app.ini is not configured right.
Open it and delete the password and change the database name to the right one.
