He want's to transfer a email for you , without the other person need to confirm it only you.

He's selling a service for mail change without a confirming mail on original address needed, ( most likely stolen accounts only need this but still) he's not doing anything against the rules , though his English is bad -_-

guys pls, the bug is still not fixed. some1 stole me my citadel account with that and i cant do anything :/( cause i dont know my id, so bp dont do anything, the support wont do something). so i believe this guy with the email bug , but i hate such guys!
