Shaders Help please

Hello guys so i'm on laptop i have 4 gb ram intel pentium Cpu B960 2,20 ghz windows 7 64 bit so can shaders work on my laptop :(

PS: i forget 512 Video card but my laptop says 1 GB when i buy it i can't update the drive to 1 GB video card so i have 520
