[HELP] I need some help with CoEmu V2

Hi

Today i tried to put the CoEmu Source On, and i did everything right, but i cant login on the server idk why.

Can some one help me?

Here is one Screen of what heappening when i try to login

the conquer stay on Logging into the server.... (frozen)


Please, i need help, so if u know how to fix it, tell me =P.

Go into your packeprocessor.cs (Under loginserver) change all the IPS in there to the IP you're using, Then go into your server.dat change the IP to 127.0.0.1 then put your server name in. Then it should work.

If you're having people connect to you their server.dat has to have your server name and the IP you're using in the spot you will have 127.0.0.1

I'm assuming you probably changed ip's and everything properly, if not, do so. Now once that's done, if you still have the same problem, open CoEmu in Visual Studio. Now on the right side list, right click the game server, select debug, start a new instance. After that, close the box, and go into your debug folders, and run both the game server, and login server again. Everything should work then, just give it a little bit of time when creating your first account, it may look like it's not loading, but it is.

Most people here are used to only having 1 server to debug from sources like LOTF, so they never do that. Even I messed up the first time I set it up, made me feel so noobish. XD

i have the same problem ... and i had changed every ip and debuged them.... can u tell me step by step what to do pls ...:handsdown:

i managed to solve everything :)) it was just an wrong placed space :|

Like I said

Go into CoEmu in C#

PacketProcessor.cs

Change every IP you see and look for CoEmu in there (2 of them) and change it to your server name. Now press F5 to debug. Try debugging GameServer and LoginServer.

Server.dat

In server.dat put your server name in

In there it will have

Server name

Flash Name

Put it between the >< in both

Where it says IP put 127.0.0.1 (Only for the computer that has the Server files running)

Then save you're done


For People connecting to you


They will do the same thing in the server.dat except for their IP it will be the IP in your PackProccessor.cs

That's as detailed as it gets. So if you can't get it after just try messing with them.
