[HELP]How to add NPC to exchange cards?

How do I add the NPC to exchange Ocean Flower Cards Cards for items?
I need very much.

or just add a new ncp ...

i do not have my database ATM so i cannot tell you the ID ... butt the cordinates are somewhere in market sodar.

if they are not in market they are probably in the npc camp ... map id 100 i think << could be wrong im still sick and cant think straight
