Is there any way?

hey guys! is there any way that i could get my account that was hacked today back by proving that it was totaly mine before it was hacked? btw the player changed everything on my acc ( email, pass etc. )

If you have bought uridium, you can try to send your bank transfer data to bigpoint,
and if you have bought uridium with paysafecard, you just send your paysafecard number. :)

sujpport is the only way with proof ,, credit cards . name of first emails and name id ect and u get back but it'l prob be destroyed

support told me that they can do nothing about it!

Support can't (well, won't) give it back.
BUT!
They will ban it for you if you provide them with the petty information they ask you for.

When I had this done, they wanted:
1. A copy of a government-issued ID (if you wish you can block out the photo)

2. User ID / server for the account

3. The very first username for the account

4. The last 2 to 4 passwords for the account

5. Proof of payment transactions (minimum of 4). Can be transaction numbers, payment receipts, mobile number in the case of purchases via text message)

Got my accounts back over 2 times already.
But the info about id, bank transfers etc etc is true.

Support wil give accounts back.
But i read allot of people didnt get it back.
And i cannot understand why they wouldnt do this...

This is seriously sad if they would not give hacked accounts back...
Or restore them to the day it got hacked...

You need to go to the police, and get a paper... Then you need to send that to them + your passport

okay guys! you&i from this forum scammed me but he forgot that my account was connected to facebook! so the account was completely destroyed by me 4 hours ago :)
