Changing Hitrate of certain classes.

I want to know if there is something in the source/resource about the hitrate of certain classes?

it goes for 2 classes Blades/Rangers

Cause atm blades hit every time and rangers must hit sometimes 4x to do any dammage!

if its only source controlled should i make an if / else

in here for the class to give an blade an bit less hit rate?

Inside propJob.inc there is nothing to be found for the hitrate.

Only ATK_speed/HP/MP/FP/DEF/HP rec/MP rec/FP rec/Swd/Axe/Staff/Knuck/Stick/wand/Block/Yoyo/Crit.

So this needs to be done in the source.
So this leaves thus only 1 question.

Is it wise to make an if / else inside that function for blade and or Ranger? to give it an diff hit rate?
