Hi i was hacked and someone take my ip and my account and insulted the a CM. Im banned IP permanent but i need to use chat. Ive tried changing IP but nothing:(.Please help me!

A friend of mine who has the same problem uses this:

u could write to support. that was what i did when i insulted people :P
