Problem with paypal

That's what paypal is saying when i try to send a payment. Do you guys have any solutions? Please leave them here or send me a PM

Ask someone trusted, and get his PayPal email and ask him to pay whoever you wanted to pay, I'm not sure why it happens, but theres no fix I've came across.

there is only 1 fix , you can only donate the money to another paypal, this happins if u have more than 1 paypal acc and it's not veirified , you can only donate to a buisness paypal or to some game
Just ask some member like nch with a paypal that takes only donations and ask him to transfer it to whoever u want after u donate
