Are You sure? Dunno how about now but I'm pretty sure it worked some time ago. Remember trying to get sera lvl 4 refining lvl 3 one, succeded. But it came w/o exp bonus ofc.
And, no, there will be no proof. I can't turn back to the past ;)

I'm sure it doesn't work.. I thought it would so I tried it a while ago.
