problem with server

i dont know why i cant start the server,,i folowed the steps from other topics and im stuck : can't open SMC or download server etc ...here some pics...if there is anyone that can help

And after i changed the server.cfg (port 15880/15882 to 32000/32004) , as I saw in some threads, the Global manager doesn't start(Failed to request cerificate)

I have the same problem when i've tried to open farmmanager, but it's because of some router settings which i'm too lazy to change.

Something's wrong from your DB(odbc,inis,somewhere),DBConnect,inis,ips(inis&se rver.cfg),DEP.
Run->Cmd->Ipconfig
