Need a Shaiya Dev

Me and my friend are trying to create a shaiya server so far everything is going good we have the pms_data running good now we hit a problem we are trying to create the data base and when we try to it just gives us a error all we need is someone to start us off on the right direction and we will be very great full please and thank you!

Step One:
Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Step Two:
Then you will find "Search" on the top right corner.

Step 3:
In that box you type in "The problem you are having, make sure to type with correct words" and click search.

Step 4:
The result will show and you will see list of posts that are similar with the "issue" you are having and click on the one you want nor all of them using your scroll on the mouse to open the new tab instead of checking one by one. Then follow/read what it says in the posts.

Step 5:
