[HowTo] Fix chat-bug

- Log in in you character and let it online
- Close/Stop the TRelay_GSP service (only this one).
- Relog in you character and fixed :D

I guess it's better to be disabled, but if someone says that its a necessary service, what we can do :D anyway fixed it.

maybe thats working but its not a solution!
The Problem Exist ONLY when u are running Server AND Client at the same Machine.
Better Idea is running the Server on a Virtual Machine (No Bug for You)

Normally it shoudlnt crash the server, its an unnecessary Service...
