[Idea] Ninja on Patch 5017

I think it is easy to code it .. but i am so lazy and i think i will not put ninja on my server ...
First setup
You will make In your Script (Register.php) a rectangle and his name will be : IF You want to be Ninja Write 50
And another one called Your Character Name : and in the table Will edit all thing .. i mean he will enter in the game without choose Your character
And then you will code a npc that will learn you Ninja skills (If You can do the skills :D ) and i think it will be easiest way .. :D
Note :
Ninjas will be internninja ... if they write 50 .. so be master from level 1 and type 55 .. and type in the rules if you put example 55 we will delete your account :D

i guess good idea but thats some php coding and i could type in anyones character and type 50 ?

you could just.. make an npc and charge people to change job or let them if they want change job ONE TIME ONLY so set a save thing in it , and let it change to level 15 but items are lowing down too so like reborn. but ninja without reborn :D

Yea ... it is the easiest way if you can't do the npc for changing job

I made an attempt to add ninja on to 5017 but the only thing thats messing me up is the itemtypes and texture ids. I guess it isn't possible then, is it?

But I think it's possible to add Fans and Towers on to 5017.

I reckon the NPC option CoAttack said would be the best approach for now...

I guess if you can create new gears, it shouldn't be too hard, the only problem I would really have is adding in the skills... unless it's already implemented...

nah, thats like 4 entries in the client, just to make it possible to attain the job (professionalname.ini i think. While your in there check out the 4 taos TQ never gave us, been in there for years...). Then you gotta code the NPC. Im making a map, of a ninja hide out, where we all can put a ninja NPC. That'll be the 1st map i do for the custom map, something small, fast, and something everyone who is v5017 can use to implement the ninja. Then there needs to be weps, stuff like that. Again someone should get on a concrete release of the items and stuff, like custom items. I hated TQ's ninja, they coulda done alot better. Maybe the team starting up will do it some justice.

Stats and the profession ids were the easiest to add. The hardest thing to add the ninja items to be equipable. And the ninja skills.

That only applies if you are trying to add TQ's ninja skills and weps. I plan on just making my own. I think a better job can be done with the ninja class, by the user community.

Well Ninja IS TQ's, Am I wrong? This whole game is created by TQ.
Btw when you said 'I plan on just making my own' , Do you mean making your own class, skills and weps, or new Ninja items, weps and skills?

i plan on reworking the ninja from the ground up. I dont like personally they way TQ handled the ninja class. The aerial attack was kinda cool, but...lets just say, in my view, they missed what is the essence of a ninja. I will surely be releasing a ninja class for 5017, with all custom weps and armors, skills/magic, etc. And i think my ideas will execute better in game, and provide a layer of depth not yet seen in combat. If the team i am about to start working with doesn't tackle it, i will do it with the guy i have been working with.

For that matter, i have plans for 5 classes, the ninja is one. The three buried taos are three more. the last one is a secret, for now.
