Hi so i am public today my C# program.

Why don't you just parse the csv files instead of having people save them into a single large .txt file? It would be much easier for people to use if they could just drop this in their item folder and it will auto-parse all csv files there, or let the user select the location of their item folder so they can run the app from anywhere.

This is what i was thinking.

Kinda looks like a stripped version of Enterprise Manager.

personally i think connecting to the database remotely is a bad thing, opens up all kinds of threats and security issues that i wont even begin to start scaring ppl with, but those of you who have a brain know where im going with this.

you should find a better way to access the information you need from the database without opening it up to every butt hurt hacker so they can rape you, just my opinion.

If you really want it in 3.0 and since he wont do it, you can just decompile it and then recompile as 3.0 if you have a restriction. C# applications are simple to decompile, lots of free tools too.

Why complain about this? it is free for crying out loud use it or dont.
