Hello,

Thank you for the information.

We can make a one time exception in this case and have the information manually changed. However, you will need to provide us with all of the following information:

1)IP address
2)Copy of Government issued photo identification
3)User ID / server for the account
4)The very first username for the account
5)The last 2 passwords for the account
6)Proof of payment transactions Can be transaction numbers, payment receipts, mobile number in the case of purchases via text message)
The new email address that you would like on your account.
or
List of 10 Names in order of preference
Fax all of the above information to: (415) 655-1178
The only way we will be able to process your request is if you fax your complete information.


All information is required to establish ownership for the account. After we manually change the information, we recommend also changing your password again for security reasons.

Can anyone help me with this .. few of them i understand..
Need help cus of not the best english...

Bigpoint said this to me too after i got scammed here i asked them to give account back they said NO! :(
But kara?, said he/she could get it perma suspended if i gave this information like yours i did & 2 months later the account still in 2-7 botting...

Last email recieved 19th November "Hello,

Thank you for your patience. I have received word back the account is now permanently suspended as reported stolen.

They cus i can't change me email by myself ,my email pass is forgotten and they change it manually.
