Specifically: Exploitation of Bugs
We strive to minimize bugs and design inconsistencies in our games (“Bugs”). Yet, despite our efforts, it’s impossible to assure that each and every Bug in our deep and complex games, which are accessed simultaneously by thousands of players, has been isolated and resolved and you may encounter a Bug occasionally. Most of the time, the Bug is minor and it does not have a noticeable effect on gameplay. Sometimes, however, a player may try to use a Bug to gain an unfair advantage in a game or to affect the Services. If you attempt to exploit a Bug in a game or to affect the Services, then the Company may decide, in its sole discretion, to take action against you based upon its assessment of the following factors:
• If you attempted to exploit the Bug intentionally, maliciously, and/or on multiple occasions;
• If your actions damage another character, gameplay of other players, the Services and/or any activities of other users of the game service; and
• Whether or not you sought to conceal your attempt to exploit a Bug.
2. Acknowledge that due to the act of “boosting” or “farming” the “neoonish” account will have the following penalties attributed to it:
A. Kill-count, special kills and headshots will be reduced to 0, however Death-count will remain intact
B. All wins will be reduced to 0, however losses will remain intact
C. Rank will be reduced as follows:
· Those with a rank over Staff-Sergeant will be reduced to Staff Sergeant
· Those with a rank under Staff-Sergeant will be reduced to Trainee
D. Any other account penalties will be graded on a case by case basis.
E. Agreement to a Final Warning (in that any further violations of the terms of use will result in immediate and permanent account closure)
Your membership is personal to you and you may not transfer or make available Account(s) to others. Any distribution by you of an Account or related information may result in cancellation of the account without refund and additional charges based on unauthorized use.
This applies to two particular aspects: (1) players are not allowed to share access to their accounts, (2) nor play anyone else’s account(s). If we find that account sharing is performed for any reason, all associated accounts will be locked.
Please be aware that if access to the “neoonish” account is restored, any further violations of the Terms of Use Agreement will result in immediate and permanent account ban.
