I have noticed a lot of blabber around the subject of what bot has the best support system, so why not let the people vote.

I'd have to say defo Chrome the way the admins get hammered with questions in chat and sometimes the same questions get asked 100 times over but they all get answered even if they get fed up of typing the same thing over and over.....:handsdown:

Another completely biased poll, polls like this are never balanced, I said it the last time to get a fair poll result a random selection of people should be selected to take part otherwise you get what has happened here, 1 party decide to flood the results where as the others don't bother making it appear that there is a clear winner.

Threads like this should just be considered spam and be locked/deleted.

it has been posted on all the bots threads so people can come vote, there's no 'behind the scenes' about it.. simple poll.

What about people that vote and have not used any of the bots before? :)

I bet most of these people have tried one bot thought, it's basically asking what bot do you use?

people are open to justify their answers.
i`m curious of the result, if it turns out that chrome is not leading technical support i will make sure actions are taken in that direction.

Quality support is something i care a lot for actually, my free teamviewer licence is done and you may ask anyone with access to our staff section of the client support things i lobby.

I do however believe that people should understand how something works and how to make it work because that helps them in the long run and makes them better at what they are trying to achieve. I make sure they get the information needed and if they turn out to be completely useless i do it for them.

No, this is not biased. As a moderator yourself, you should value this information.

Last time I checked, its not on CoG's forum or CoAi's so not sure what your talking about, and its not like everyone checks EPVP site,

Is this just another thread by you to boast about chrome?

it's not like i`m gonna go ask every bot provider for an email list of clients to conduct a survey. who gets around epvp and notices this thread gets to vote / post in it.

ntz ntz ntz.. cogen is so hostile when it comes to backing up their customer support system.
