[Problem]Vsro client stuck at Requesting User Confirmation

I finally got my client and server running. but when i type in my info to try to login i get at the bottom requesting user confirmation and it just disappears after a while. Don't know what to do please help

I read somewhere that it was an ip problem but which ip and how do i fix it what do i change

guess you're writing your ip range,you gotta write exactly same ip at the both places,So if its 1.2.3.4 you gotta write same thing at the 2nd line.

I got it to work to log in by setting it my public ip not my local. although i used Chernobyl's guide([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) on the bottom of that page.

Although now when i log in it works but when i try to create a new character shard manager freaks out and tells me cannot create character
