Please know that we are JOYMAX CO., LTD , KOREA, the publisher and operator of Silkroad Online and Silkroad-R (the “Game”).

It has been brought to our attention that you operate the website ??? which distribute software services as a private server of the Game with no authorization from Joymax.

As you surely know, the sale, distribution and operation of illegal private servers of the Game infringes upon Joymax’s Intellectual Property and violates Joymax’s Terms of Use. If convicted and/or found liable, each act of infringement carries serious civil and criminal statutory penalties which, based on your website, won’t be hard to prove.

Therefore, take this email as a demand to shut down your website and related sites immediately. You will also provide Joymax with a confirmation of completion of items 1(a) to 1(f) in the attached letter.

If you fail to follow the demands of this CEASE AND DESIST letter by the End of [Oct 17, 2012], GMT, you will give Joymax no choice but to protect our Game and enforce our intellectual property rights against you.

Joymax did not win against ECSRO.NET

too old, re post , thats what i think!

this old(there are several threads of that)
as I said, the letter will remain as that, a warning, i don't think Joymax is gonna do something about that
The fastest thing Joymax is gonna do is to ask you to shut down your website

the real owner (not me -.-) didnt pay any cent to gaylordmax , they got goldsold.pl who had to pay around 100.000 eur, but the accusation says that owner including 1-10 members are sued. None of the team had to pay any cent, they couldnt catch us. From my point of view joymax didnt win against ecsro. They just got the first-line, the pawn. Not a success at all.

as I said, they won
i never said that a sentence was given

they won 100.000 eur, congratz to joymax :D they earn 50x more every year.
If they really won, there wouldnt be any pservers anymore. If ecsro would be closed , owner catched and files saved. But owner was alive and out, opened a new server and then after files got published all servers opened. Big loose for joymax ^^
