Banned for charge back

Hello everybody , just to say that one of my acc's got banned coz of charge back , a dude charged silks on my acc and he used chargeback or whatever it was...Just lost 2 chars , and lots of stuffs , any idea how i can get my acc unbanned?

I don't want to disappoint you, but I've never heard of someone getting unbanned before. Except for the big unban event that happened when lots of people asked for charge back. Your situation is just the opposite to that event.

Did they actually tell you that it was for charge back?
Did you get your charge back in the end?

How many silks did he charged??
I think u can get ur account back if u charge the same amount of it on your accounts after u talk to joymax guys.

In most cases involving bans due to chargeback, your char is banned till you pay what you buyed. So just re-chargeback (or w/e you call it) and you'll probably be fine.
There are more ppl I know that where unbanned after paying ;)

Well, before asking dumb questions u can go to FAQ @ joymax's site.
You can get ur char only by rebuying silk. I'm not sure if from same acc.

If an account has cash that has not been payed for their account will be blocked.

You must report this issue with the cash vendor and pay the debt back if it is possible to be unblocked.

What do I do if my account has been blocked due to chargeback?
We can only remove the suspension on an account when we receive a direct notification from our payment partners. 1) The chargeback has been resolved and the payment received. 2) The valid card/account holder has cancelled the claim. In order to remove the suspension on your account, you must first contact the payment partner whose service you used to purchase cyber money. And you must resolved the initial chargeback. Once the chargeback has been resolved, you can give the partner company your transaction ID and request them to send us the notification to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Only a direct e-mail notification from our payment partners is considered a proof. Once the e-mail has been received, the suspension is removed as soon as it is confirmed.

Hmm btw i got banned and then unbanned.

when cracked tbot came out joymax bann most players with silks. so i got banned with silks many player make charge back. but i didnt. in 3 days later i got unbanned. it is funny :P

If you directly charged back your account, chances are slim, but if it was paypal's mistake, and you have proof of that, they won't hesitate to unban you.
The only way to get your account back is to release the payment you chargedback with paypal, it has to be the same payment (you can't just send money to them and hope they unban you)
I've been unbanned before, 2 characters, Lv90 too. I got them back within 7 days.

What does Joymax have to loose if he un-chargebacks?? Even if he did it directly.They just gain $$$.
