Someone have problem with Skill bar? because when i re log...Always lose my First Skill bar and the other bar change.
If any1 know hoy i can change it..pls let me know. THX

It have been answered in webzen forum bug section.
Just clean your whole skill bars, and relog and clean and relog, untill there is strictly nothing remaining in it after a fresh relog.
Only after that you can put your skill back in it properly.

1) delete all ur skills from all bars
2) press k and put skills u want to use in skillbar
should work now!
but u cant use same skill in different bars - than one will be deleted after relog
