Have you read posts about why he is not a dev and/or discredited his work, he says he made his itemtype.dats and shit, was told to take em down, he did not, he was given alternatives, he did not take them. So yeah he may be `active` but he is not a dev. He is a leecher.

yes people speak english on my server and any other language they would like as well
some of the non needed npcs have not been translated because i dont like to waste time with non essentials but 99% of my server is in english regardless of what these other guys say
