There is an Option , with a very low rate in Prideus Bracelet'.

This Option is " Non Account Binding "

its really not that rare lol, can get drei/lyc/dros unbound now as well

binded when equipped but if not yet equipped so not yet binded. GETS?? sorry for bad english
