hi guys
after i got log in failed ( banned )
then i contact customer support and told them
about i am got banned and and
then they reply back and send me this

now i wanna know they said not banned , and it is active!
lol after i saw this message . i think they back me up .
and opened my game and saw the same .
now i will reply back for them .
them might help me more .
or maybe they kidding me ;)
i will see soon .

He is banned. EA's customer support is a big SHIT.
This thing happened to me to at the last banning when one of my account was banned and i asked them the reason for it. For two weeks every day they wrote only crap that my account is fine it's not banned, clear cache, reinstall game...bla bla bla. After two weeks one of the developers or something like that wrote me that my account is banned and that's why I cannot log in.
So get used to it...u are banned

need the adress mail for the support

but if you did received ban, you woud get message like this when you try to enter the game : your account has been banned, please contact ea support

Nope. You receive the Login failed message

no, you dont. your account woud be suspended, you coudnt log in to the forums with it or main nfs web page. and you woud receive ea e-mail about ban

i've been banned 1 year ago, i did NOT receive any email but, trying to logging into the game the message told me to contact EA Customer Support.

This was for a 72 hours ban (3 days).

And yes, if your account has been banned you CAN'T log-in into the forum and on the official game site.

Asking information to CS about a NOT real ban can cause your account to be investigated ...... so, if you use cheats or hacks and you're not sure if your account has been banned or not, try to wait for 3 days before asking for nothing..... ;)

There are different kind of bans. Auto-ban and bann from developers. The login error comes from developer ban.
