Today, my account - knuckles456 on cz3 stolen! It had same password as name.

All you should know is kepp your acc data in private. But the onli thing I can say to topic maker, who has got acc nick same as pw is -> :facepalm:

unlucky :/ and support are big fat ASSHOLES bastererds lazy dickheads and they wont help you so sorry unless some one tells u an unpublic way to get ur account back ur never seeing it again... what a shame :(

well, support will give an account back in case you are the first owner of the account and you can give them a copy of your ID + proof of previous payments.

also you should at all times connect your account to facebook or a bigpoint account, that's the only way to keep acces to it at all times.

Support will help you if you are first owner... They gave back account to my friend...
