Is there any specific races in which you can win "Head Start" & "Super Shot" 3 star skill cards? I'm lacking those two card. Need help guys! :) Skill Card guide would be awesome!

here is the races where you can play and get supershoot and perfect start duriation:

Can't understand that page. Can you tell me specifically which races and mode do I have to take and win to get those card? And what is the meaning of BB Code? (Yeah I know, I'm a newbie :P )
