Our company is looking for Game Masters (GM) to manage events, NPC and public relations in a persistent world. Applicants must be fluent in English. Knowledge of the German language is an added value. Passion for MMOG, strong written communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills and professionalism are requirements. Previous experience as a GM is a plus but not required, scheduling flexibility is also a plus.
This position is a work at home position with a permanent job contract.
Goals
* In-Game Support :
Answer community and gameplay incidents via in-game tools and e-mail
* Handle and manage the community :
- Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues
- Help new players to learning the game
- Monitor and manage the forums in the forums to keep in touch with the community
* Create and manage in-game events
* Make a daily report to the coordinator
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong motivation and high level of commitment
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in German
* Autonomy and good time management are requested skills
* Passion for MMOGs, RPGs or Online Communities
* Have a broadband internet connection and a good computer (able to run new MMOGs)
