Hi guys.
I got a problem with the Red/Green/Gold/Blue shins on my GM char.

I unpacked Locale, and putted the new files in Effect. and pack it again..
now it look like this ? :facepalm:

how can I fix this ?

Where did you get that?

I think, it's failed.

Please post the client syserr there you could der which effect couldnt load
