Saturday I bought iBot paid via ticket I got in my bank account and payment is complete so already downloaded the iBot 4:27 and continues to license Expired
already complained in support of them but it takes time to respond was wondering if you could help me?
Should I get desperate and the delay is normal when a purchase is Boleto?

Did you buy from profibot?
Yes... Then send them email with payment copy etc etc etc.. all info can help:)
But keep in mind, they have allot of buyers, and complainers .. So they are busy to ...

Next time use psc if you can get a hold of one... much easyer:)
