.naf(animation) [naf is an zip format for ssis/ it can be inport with an compressor]
.cob(integration of the object in the enviroment such as sex,shape,effect,camera,etc)
cob,naf,nx3 have somthing in common...all have DIFKNIBK sord of old from BTRF (encryptation)
.tml files... they are important too (unencrypted) and related to cob,nx3,naf and they can provide a key...or somthing....
in conclusion before starting to even think on creating new enviroment you need the tool fot the job...or at least the place to work for the job. oh well i got what u wanted...u wanted to impost a mob and act him as a pe. for that u need to create the mount animation/movement with character...
how u can do that...creating new nx3,naf,cob.....
so decrypt the files guys :D
creating new enviroment for a game doent mean importing from existing mobs/other games with same structure....
