Browser extension issue

Been trying to install Archlord on my 64bit Win7 PC but the browser extension installer keeps crashing with the following error :-

Feature Transfer Error
Feature: DefaultFeature
Component: SubFiles
Files: <SUBPLUGINS>\
Error: The filename, directory name, volume label syntax is incorrect.

Contacting webzen support directly keeps getting the same "please download the game" email and not holding much hope for the support forum.

Anyone know how to fix this or to bypass the browser extension?

Hi,
you can try the following ...

- download [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
- start it and add a filter ProcessName begins with <exe name of the setup>
- Start logging and try to install the extension.
- after it fails stop logging
- save the log in pml format - activate only events with current filter and no profile events
- upload it and send me the link to the file on pm

ill check it for you.
