ok you made your point
but navicat is to advanced to start with
it is partial self explaining but making a guide for it is pointless
for example
click on the big icon that says users ... click then on new users .. now you got a new user
if you need a tutorial for that part then i wonder how you would do things in the database on your own ??
right click on a database and click on open database
right click on a table and click on open table
left click on the text you like to change
change the text to what you like
oops , now we got a buggy database .. you just replaced a wrong text ...
thats the comment you going get over this if a tutorial is needed for that
there are a few things that does not need a tutorial , and if you need a tutorial for that part then i can say for sure that you will mess up everything and for your own good .. do not start a server then
it is like asking how to work with dns (domain name service)
there are plenty of tutorials for that , but if you do not know what TTL means (Time To Live ) and what it does then whats the point of it ? (just put it on 18000 and it is fine .. )
so this are the parts you wont find tutorials about , how sadly or usefull they can look
howto work with phpadmin
howto work with navicat
how to secure your database (user privileges , db privileges , ip locks) exept for the wildcard part (less secure)
how to remote connect to a user account ( wildcard only )
to give a other example
all users on this forum section ( atleast 75% ) is using Xamp/wamp/easy website / AppServ or any other instand apache /mysq/php service
but who does know how to configure apache ?
who does know how to lock on ip's ? or even change the basic port instead port 80 ?
you wont find tutorials over it eather on this forum , as they are useless if you do not know what they mean ( enouf info on google over it )
or even the my.conf .. who cares about that part ??
anyway
in short
some parts you need to figure out on your own
try to understand the meaning of it and then you can grow
if you do not understand a basic then its hard to grow
my examples of apache (httpd.conf )/my.conf (mysql) are a bit extreme exampls as they are barely used for private servers
but it shows my point that i mean
