First off if you took the time to read any of the 7.3 Development Threads you would realize that 'learning' skills does not function. There is a means to circumvent this by using the learn_skill() function:

PROPER USE:

!! WARNING !! -- You can not learn_skill() a character if they do not have permission '1' !! WARNING !!

to use learn_skill() in-game:

/run learn_skill(6010)

to use learn_skill() in CaptainHerlock:

!! WARNING !! Using the learn_skill() from CaptainHerlock requires that you have issued a command that was focused on your character

e.g.

#learn_all_skill("name")

now that the focus is on your character you may learn_skill() by:

#learn_skill(6010)

!! WARNING !!

-- I will be providing no further assistance on the issue --

There are 3 other Threads bout this issue. Y U NO OPEN YOUR TINY EYES?

and Y U NO USE YOUR BRAIN?

/run commands are ALWAYS (hmm maybe I didn't stress that one enough) AND ONLY for ingame usage.

Remember those commands which start with #? Jep! Those are for the console.

so /run learn_skill(skill_id) ist OFC with the skill id and NOT with the name.

Skilllist was posted several times ago. Just read the other page 1 threads.

ps: #learn_skill(skill_id,name) .... You get it, right?
same like #warp(x,y,name) or #sv(option,value,name) or get_flag(flag,name) or set_flag(flag,value,name) or ..............................

@7.3:

If you have taken time to over view any information currently available about the 7.3 Project you would already know that skills/states/summons do not work correctly at this time. You can learn skills (AND THEY FUNCTION) by using the learn_skill() command:

example:

/run learn_skill(6010) <--- This will learn the [ACTIVE] Luna Chip Skill

WARNING: learn_skill() only works on characters with 'permission' "1"

working skills if ppl listen Ismokedrow .. i happy today

IF READ POST CAN SEE HOW.....
