[Release]DBC Converter

Just as with my MagicType dumper/creator, this is using CptSky's useful .dll.
This includes the source (nothing special, it just "works"). You do not need to re-build it, the one from the debug folder should work.
In case it was not clear, this does dbc <-> txt and its usage is:
Open -> select .dbc -> hit convert -> do edits -> open -> select .txt -> hit convert.
It can be slow, do not panic, it is apparently caused by the way CptSky coded his .dll

This can be very usefull for adding custom effect and armors!

Sadly, you cannot add effects yet as those .dbc files aren't supported. You can add armors and weapons though, just not the effects.

Ah well then I just should use the old effects, didn't CptSky released the structures of each file?

good job
but u still cant add any thing
u can add armors/weps/headgears with exsisting meshes and textures but the mostly wanted files are 3deffect,3deffectobj,3dtexture,3dobj,3dmotion those are the most used files for edits
waitin for Cptsky and you kiyono

I will try to continue the work soon, but I can't say any date. For the EmotionIco, which function doesn't work well? I remember testing it.... So, I don't know the problem.

Yes, I released the majority of the structures, some was incomplete at the time and nobody did a complete converter... So, I decided to implement them in my CO2_CORE_DLL with the others file format.

I note in the thread that specific txt to dbc conversions don't work correctly as you're required to write custom values in the file, so in theory those work if you write the values in, i don't really remember.
