Missing Skills

I have a problem with my dekaron client. somehow the miss some of the skils. From mage is missing the Static Orb, for summoner blade spin and for the Segnal the sleep skill :(

Someone might help me with this problem. Or just tell me where i have to look

which file you missing just go to find it in korea official client and added it in your client .

i dont know where i have to add them. that's the only problem for me.
