Problem to create a Spawn Point!

Hello,
i want to create a spawn point in GM Aren (/cmove 39).
i make it so when you go in the Portal in Apulune/Iris, where stands Battle Zone, you will be on GM Arena... but now when you I get killed in GM Arena I spawn at Apulune/Iris and i dont want it so...
With the Tut from SrShaden ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) i have extract the 39.svmap file to any .csv files and then i write in spawns.csv this:

When i will change my spawn points then i change it in the C:\ShaiyaServer\SERVER\PSM_Client\Bin\Data\Map.ini

How do you change there? I mean what i have to edit ?
