VIP-Incorrect ID

I contacted Shetan and she said that my account is probably in old database.Well i bought it 2weeks after VIP release..First there was problem that i couldn't set my recovery questions because my account have 5signs and minimum is 6signs.I see that its fixed now.

Yep i agree with you...He is just browsing the portal and cancels every "Problem Support Topic"....Well i lost my pet time and premium and they don't even care.I payed for that account

Yea happening to me to. I don't even bother asking for helping because they aint gunna do shit.
