IBOT license issue

A few month ago, I payed for one IBOT GG license (120 USD) and I don't have any problem to use the bot until the new update (3.70). Meanwhile I bought one more license. On account of the profibot I see only a single license (the second one), the other does not appear at all. Support from profibot unfortunately just do not understand this. I have presented evidence of payment through paypal and still have not received any response for days.
Do you have any idea what to do?
Does anyone know how to contact them outside of that from the official site?

man i think you just have to try to contact them again untill they find a solution

Your license should be unlimited, right?
Well, if your license doesn't appear in your account (on profibot.net) maybe because that license was not bought from your curently account.
Anyway, profibot support should check if your userID still have that license.
If they say that the license still exists, then ask them on which account (on profibot.net) it appears , because maybe you forgot from which account have bought the license..

U should have made 2 diff account to buy 2 diff licences. I Guess !!
