In neck 3 slot is max with gold ticket if you didnt know.

he put in a gold ticket and the gms gave him 4 slots instead of 3
but what i'm wondering is that the slot can't be used as he keeps it empty

Nop i figure it out last weeks if u used gold ticket insteed on1 slot u gained 2 slots was event like 1 week or so ... so i think he had the neck 2 slots and use that gold ticket in that period of event so 4 slots , this would be the logical explanation ,

wasn't it a neck he opened from mystery accessory box..? reward from mysterious server thing.. i've seen ppl open 2/3 slot necks, maybe possible to open 4 slot

No, 3 slots is max for the mystery box. He used maybe 1 gold ticket and 1 double gold ticket (The event).
