Ship stolen

My account was stolen from somebody using the e-mail bug/exploit. I have contacted Bigpoint support many times but they say they can't help me (I've even showed them payments I've made to them on my ship). The ship was registered through my account with Bigpoint which I can still access and get into my ship but I don't have control over the ships e-mail now. I've looked through forums to try and find a way to get my ship back but haven't found a solution. If anybody can or knows somebody who can help me get my ship back please help me I've spent a lot of time and money on my ship and don't see restarting as an option.

Like I said I can log into the account because I own the BigPoint account it was registered to and is connected with so I can get the sid or whatever. If you can help I will be very thankful. Thanks

Right you tell BP to revert the damn thing back to the last e-mail address used on the acc which should be your, if they refuse all the payments you have made on that acc start taking legal action on them...

the email changer program its fixed but i heard that the bug still exists and there is a new version of that prog.. maybe you have some luck and a UG member will contact you..

You dont get your account back. They stole my acc 2 weeks ago, and i dont get it back!
they says they fix the fault en you cant get it back. You need to go to the police, but they dont help you anymore!

I'm trying to leave contacting the police as a last option because I'm afraid the person who has my ship will sell all my equipment if he finds out. You say the UG might be able to help do you know of somebody I can contact in there for help? Thanks

Ohh not nice do you gifted you nick and pass for someone or? :confused: If u sended to someone to do u gate.. It's not so safe now [if thrusted member thats means always 100% safe] ;)
