Contact EA Customer support. They will give you account back.
You need to provide them some information about you:
- date of birth
- country
(the things that you type when you create this account)

Welcome to .... Unfortunately I have bad news ... I recently accidentally deleted about either driver or some strange coincidence, he vanished .... But then I discovered that I deleted an account and you can not restore it (as I showed all the data (date of sign and other necessities) they told me that the only thing I can do it for me to generate a new driver's level 50 ... I showed a lot of bills, receipts from the EA on my e-mail to purchase boostów and decided that I get compensated .... but I am in the driver then invested approximately 250,000 boost and got compensation only 50,000 boost: (Level I hammered again same, unfortunately I was in contact in any way possible-with support in Prague and the EA support act in America and it did not work every day .... they made me wait and wait .... on the occasion of their procrastination got the American support on the code for 4 cars .... always something .... but what I have lost my uncompensated: (all parts warehouse profesionalnych: (all gone, So I do not know, I hope you somehow managed to recover the driver but I doubt that my adventure in which the above I described .....

You can't restore REMOVED DRIVER'S PROFILE. It's NOT the same thing as stolen account.

Now i got what is your problem.
I tough your account was deleted, not profile.
Like you say: "my little brother with a typo to delete my account"
If profile was deleted of course you cannot have back the cars
but you can make that player name BLACKM3 back if is not used by oher player.

That's bad but if the account is deleted in the database, it is not able to recover your cars etc..
