I had been fiddling with the idea of running really fast for awhile now, well before someone introduced me to this website. I knew it had something to do with the .csv file, and when I found the tut's on this site I figured someone else had found a better way to do it...Right?
Eh, it might just be ME, but editing the appropriate values in the maplist.csv file doesn't seem to have the intended effect I thought it would. I know speeding still exists, I've run into 3 or 4 hackers doing it already, but what could I possibly be doing wrong?
