One of my friends forgot his ID on the S4 League. It's not the same with his nickname. What should he do?

make a new account and send a ticket at the alaplaya support
with:
ingame from old acc
screens from old acc
he has forgot email from acc ?
press under the login field
"forgot password"
with:

No not email. He forgot his ID. You know when you open the S4 League and it asks you for Id and password. :D

He should reset his Password and if he looks in his E-Mail, the ID is on the top.

Maybe he wrote down this things anywhere? I always write down important things for not forgetting em. Is very useful ;)
When not, can't change it, you could try to contact the Support from Alaplaya from your account but I don't think this will work, but when u don't try it you won't find out if they would believe you.
