What is this skillhack for ?
My suggestion of a skillhack is an instant-skill-hack but this would not be limited for only one class.
So what is the adventage gained by it ?

Storm i`m delete skill animation in this file ;) Wiza know programms for this ;) this i`m create only for my char (he ns) want more chars? say me and i`m create)

But isnt this only a more complicated way to realise the instant-skill-hack ?

But the instant-skill-hack we know causes the same advantage: The char casts a skill without the animation.
So it would be only another way to get the same result.
