well 1. call your isp and see if they can do an ip change for free 2. if that doesnt work unplug your modem and prey to god that your ip isnt static assigned and someone else gets it and if all else fails connect to cabal via proxy that or get wifi card and use an open network which isnt stealing because their ilegally projecting wireless signals into your house and as the houses owner or person that lives in it lol you have the legal right to do whatever you want in it. its like me trying to rob you and i loose my item in your house... theres no way i can claim it as mine when i was the theif haha
