Hey! I'm going to help you all fail today!
First, let's go over what helps us all fail. We're seen these time after time again, but let's just make sure we're on the same page on what must be accomplished:
1. Hire a young, immature and power hungry, raging staff. You want to make sure that you hire only the best of the worst. The least experienced will help you achieve your server goals.
2. Disrespecting your players: kill them as much as possible using commands and aim bots. Put them in their place and let them know that they're below the staff at all times. Also, make all of your friends staff members and hunt your players like the animals they are.
3. Development: avoid it at all costs! If you think that you can't do it, then you probably can't. Don't try, don't attempt- and keep everything the same! Members hate bugs in the game (but they hate you more! so put them in their place!!).
4. Client: Edit the shit out of it. If you are very serious about your goals, then make sure that your client is almost incomprehensible.
Do all of the above correctly and I ensure that you will have a successfully failing server!
