Chinese error on Redcabal, help please!

Whenever I try to login, this error pops up. I can't read it, so I was hoping someone here could translate, and/or hopefully have a fix for this. Thanks!

connection time out. anyway u cant connect :D

Weird, my friend is able to connect and I'm not because of this damn error >.< Anyone else have this problem?
