Lenovo ideapad s100 Problem Please Enter

Hi guz i got lenovo ideapad s100 laptop , how can i make a new partition i got only ( C:/ ) and ( D:/ ) what i can do please help me , notice that the laptop hasn't a Cd-ROM :confused:
